We built DivFlow to be private by design. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
DivFlow ("we", "us", "our") is a dividend tracking web application operated by DivFlow. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use DivFlow at divflow.tech.
The short version: Your portfolio lives on your device, not our servers. We never sell your data. We don't require an account. The only personal data we ever receive is your email address if you purchase Pro โ and only so we can send you your unlock link.
We collect only the minimum necessary to run the service:
Your entire portfolio โ stock holdings, share counts, dividend data, settings and preferences โ is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This means:
Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the Sync to Another Device feature, which generates a link containing your portfolio data. This link is generated locally and is not stored on our servers.
If you clear your browser data or switch browsers, your portfolio data will be lost unless you have created a backup using the Backup & Restore feature in Settings.
We recommend regularly downloading a backup file from Settings โ Backup & Restore to protect your data.
DivFlow Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you purchase Pro:
Your payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment page and never transmitted to or stored by DivFlow. We receive a notification from Stripe confirming your payment, along with your email address, which we use to send your Pro unlock link.
Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
To cancel your subscription or request a refund, email us at hello@divflow.tech. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy.
We use Plausible Analytics โ a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool based in the EU. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
The data Plausible collects is aggregated and anonymous: page views, referral sources, browser types, and country-level location. It cannot be used to identify individual users.
Plausible's privacy policy is available at plausible.io/privacy.
DivFlow uses the following third-party services to provide its features:

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify Pro users by email.
Continued use of DivFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
We're happy to answer any questions about how we handle your data.
